In plastic injection molding process, the plastic is melted in the molding machine and then injected in a mold under a high-pressure environment. The material then gets cooled and solidifies. It is later released by opening the mold’s halves. This leads to the end-product having a predetermined, definite form. The mold is made out of aluminum or steel.

However, fluctuating prices of chief raw materials like styrene, benzene, propylene, and ethylene along with rising environmental concerns could discourage growth.
